Living in DC is really fun. I live in Dupont Circle. There's so many restaurants, coffee shops. In general the neighborhoods in DC are very friendly. Georgetown is one of my favorite neighborhoods actually and I have been kayaking a couple times on the Potomac, really fun. There's a nice community for jogging and all types of sports. There's also different events that happen. For example, I went to like a drag queen race a couple of weeks ago.

There's a lot of music here and I love to go hear jazz, there's blues alley. Cherry Blossom Festival happens every usually March or April depending on when the trees bloom. The lighting of the Christmas tree down in front of the White House happens every year. That's always a big event. The Fourth of July fireworks on the National Mall.

Another really popular attraction would be the museums. I never get tired of those. Getting around DC is easy. The U-Pass is very exclusive at American University. It's an unlimited Metro class for students at a very great price.

There are so many opportunities here both professionally, culturally, socially. It's a great city to live in.
